The view was unbelievable. The staff was friendly and very supportive (Arbie Petersen, the manager, was also very helpful). The hotel is close to the ocean.
The room was not well cleaned. The carpets had a stuffy smell. The door to the room could not lock, and I reported it to the front desk.

The staff was friendly. I appreciated the available shuttle service to and from the clubhouse. The driver was awesome!!! The food I ordered from room service was surprisingly good. The spacious rooms had a very nice setup.
The bath water was not as hot as I expected.

the room was spacious and clean. the front desk staff was professional! but the kitchen staff were also great.
the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. the room had a terrible smell of urine in it. i am not sure if it was coming from the drains in the bathroom
