I had an excellent experience at this hotel, with a warm welcome from the staff and beautiful views of the Outeniqua Mountain range. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The presidential suite was stunning with fantastic views, and we had some great dining experiences across the different restaurants.
