I had an excellent experience at this hotel, with a warm welcome from the staff and beautiful views of the Outeniqua Mountain range. My room was spacious and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor BBQ during my stay. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement, especially with cleanliness in the dining area and the overall maintenance of the property.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The presidential suite was stunning with fantastic views, and we had some great dining experiences across the different restaurants.
